We reserve the right that, on all orders placed but not paid for, are freely available for other customers to buy, and should not to be thought of as reserved.

We are unable to reserve any item that has not been paid for at the time of ordering. After 14 days, any order that has been placed but not paid for will be cancelled.

Any order placed but not paid for at the time of ordering when an item/s is in stock, and those item/s then becomes out of stock, will be cancelled. A new order would then have to be placed when the item/s again becomes available.

A confirmation of order email, that confirms to the customer an order has been placed and received, will only be sent to the customer when an order has been paid for.

All items will be shipped the next possible postal working day after payment has been received, you will be notified via email when your order is dispatched.

Please note:

All items will be sent via Airmail to destinations outside the United Kingdom. In some cases, it may occur that the size and weight of more than one item exceeds the size and weight that Airmail allows, in these cases items will be sent separately, to be within the Airmail guidelines. Please note that these Airmail items do not have a tracking number assigned to them.

We cannot be held responsible for any delayed items due to industrial action undertaken by any courier, however we will endeavour to use the most appropriate courier, if we are aware of any such action. In the unlikely event that an item does not turn up, please contact us, however, please note that the Royal Mail do not consider an item as lost until 15 days have elapsed.
